Note that there's settings in the app that can be adjusted to help with TV volume
When it comes to how these work, they've done a great job so far making the TV easier to hear when set at a normal volume. It didn't start out that way, and when looking into how to make watching TV with these better, I found the solution actually provided by the company. It has to do with the frequencies and you adjust them in the accompanying app so that you can hear the television better. "Question: How can I adjust the hearing aid APP to improve the problem of unclear hearing when watching TV? Answer: You can turn on the Equalizer function in the personalization option in the App, and focus on increasing the gain of 500Hz, 1000Hz, and 2000Hz to compensate for the problem of unclear hearing when watching TV." This worked for me, but I had to go looking for this information and I can see where there will be people who will not quite understand why the TV doesn't sound any better when using these. There's a lot of info and adjustments available in the app that goes with these. So if you get them and find you're having difficulty with something, you may find there's an adjustment that can be made to make them work much better for your type of hearing loss .
